Cancelling or rescheduling a rental.

1. Inquiries

Inquiries and unconfirmed requests can be withdrawn at any time at no cost.

2. Confirmed reservations

Cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed reservation may incur fees as stated in your confirmation.

3. Refunds

Eligible refunds, including deposits, are returned to the original payment method after inspection and settlement.

4. Leases

Lease cancellation is governed by the signed lease agreement.
