Leasing Terms and Conditions
Terms that apply to equipment leases.

1. Eligibility and approval
Leases are available to qualifying businesses subject to verification and credit review. Approval is not guaranteed.
2. Lease term and payments
The term, payment amount, schedule and all fees are set out in the signed lease agreement before commencement.
3. Maintenance
Responsibility for maintenance is specified in each agreement.
4. Insurance
The lessee must insure equipment and maintain liability coverage as required.
5. Default and early termination
Consequences of missed payments and early termination charges are disclosed in the lease agreement.
6. End of term
End-of-term options, return condition requirements and charges are stated in the agreement.
